Mushroom Canapes
90 g frozen or fresh mushrooms
50 g cheese
1 onions
1 loaf
200 g sharp cheese crisps
green and black olives, pitted
sweet peppers of different colors
5 Art. l. butter

Cut the loaf with a crust and cut it into slices about 5 mm in width, from the flesh cut circles or triangles. Fry the bread in butter until golden brown.
Onions and mushrooms finely chop, fry in butter for 15 minutes, pepper, salt, crumbled chips and add them to the mushrooms and onions and mix.
Slices of bread spread with mushroom mass.
Contents canapes olives, sliced rings, chopped peppers of different colors and sprinkle with grated cheese.
