260 fresh mushrooms

10 potato tubers

From beer flour (1 cup) of salt and edible oil to prepare the dough, leave it for half an hour.

Boil the mushrooms and chop finely, fry in butter finely chopped onion, connect it to the mushrooms and fry together for a few minutes.

Dry flour until golden brown, combine with 2 cups of mushroom broth, mushrooms and onions, salt and boil for 15 minutes at low boil.

Boil the potatoes, cool it, then cut into plastics to half a centimeter, grease mustard and salt.

Dip the potato slices in the batter and fry in butter until golden brown.

Post potatoes in batter hot, with mushroom sauce.
