Cheese in beer batter
200 g cheese
2 tomatoes
2 glass vegetable oil
2 Art. l. minced garlic
To prepare the dough:
5 glass 1, light beer
1 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
2 eggs
ground black pepper
salt
Slice the tomatoes and cheese into thin slices.
Slice of cheese on each slice of tomato put, sprinkle with garlic, pepper and salt, cover with another slice of cheese, fasten skewer.
Preparation of the dough: Combine the flour with egg and beer, salt and mix until smooth.
Prepared slices of cheese dipped in batter and fry in oil until golden brown.
Before serving, arrange hot appetizer greens.
