Cod "Nelsons"
800 g potatoes
600 g purified cod
100 g onions
50 g vegetable oil
20 g dried mushrooms
20 g flour

Wash and boil the mushrooms, leaving 4 tbsp of the broth, chop the mushrooms into strips.
In uniform boil the potatoes until soft.
Cut the prepared fillets of cod pieces, season with salt, roll in flour and fry on both sides in butter.
Chop the onion rings and fry until Golden.
A shallow pan greased with oil, put a layer of sliced potatoes, then fish, onions, mushrooms, pepper and salt, put a little potato.
Combine sour cream with mushroom broth, stir, pour over the dish.
Baked cod "Nelsons" in the oven until tender, before serving, sprinkle the dish with parsley.
