Cake salad with mushrooms and chicken
1.5 kg Chicken
400 g canned mushrooms
400 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
200 g hard cheese
4 boiled eggs
2-3 onions
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
Boil and cool chicken, separate the meat from the bones, chopped pulp, combine mayonnaise and a half.
Finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown in butter, add the mushrooms, sliced, cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, cool and fill with remaining mayonnaise.
Grate half the cheese and eggs (optional). The remaining cheese grate.
Place the ingredients in a dish in the following sequence: a half chicken, half egg, half the mushrooms, grated cheese on a coarse grater. Repeat layers in the same order, the last layer should be grated on a fine cheese grater. Remove cake salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Make a cake before serving if desired.
