Salad with salmon cake
Required Products:
200 g canned salmon
300 g canned squash
3 pcs. boiled potatoes
200 g pickled peppers
300 g mushrooms
50 g grated hard cheese
3 Art. l. chopped parsley
250 g mayonnaise

1/2 h. l. muscat nut powder
1 onions - head
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 pcs. lemon
salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Mushrooms and onion finely chop, fry in butter, salt, pepper, add a pinch of nutmeg. Cool and mix with the potatoes, cut into thin slices, season with part of the mayonnaise and pepper.
In a salad bowl Put the potatoes with mushrooms, smooth the surface, sprinkle with herbs, then lay pepper, sliced rings, pour part of the mayonnaise.
