Mushrooms in potato "boats"
300 g fresh mushrooms
4 potatoes (oblong and large)
150 g hard cheese
1/2 bulbs
mayonnaise

Boil the potatoes in their skins, whole in salted water. Cool and clean. Cut lengthwise and remove the middle of a teaspoon of potato, 2-3 teaspoons, creating the shape of the boat. Mushrooms cut in half and fry in sunflower oil with onions. In prepared and laid the halves with mayonnaise fried mushrooms and sprinkle with cheese. Served with broccoli and other vegetables.
