Cucumber boats

600 g Fresh cucumbers (up to)

3-5 Tomatoes (small stuff)

Greens: any in taste, in total up to 30-40g

Garlic (with polgolovki)

100 ml Mayonnaise or sour cream ()
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

Cucumbers should be cut lengthwise into 2 halves. Then each of the halves have to remove the pulp. Chopped diced tomatoes and cucumber pulp mixed with finely chopped herbs and crushed garlic. The resulting salad dressed with sour cream (or mayonnaise) and fits in the boat cucumbers. Then they need to soak and cool in the refrigerator - and you can bring to the table.
