Canned soup refill
1,5 kg cabbage
1 kg tomatoes
500 g sweet pepper
300-500 g onions
3-4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar 70%
2 tsp. sugar
This recipe canning will appreciate all of the hostess. Canned soup refill will help many times to reduce the time spent on cooking soup.
In a meat grinder or blender to grind the tomatoes in puree.
Cut the cabbage as you would normally cut into the soup.
Carrot, sweet pepper and onion peel, chop and put through a blender or grinder.
In a saucepan place the tomato puree and all the vegetables except the cabbage, bring to boil, remove the foam, add the cabbage.
Boil a lot for 15-20 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly, to cabbage doesn't burn.
