"Caviar" of tomatoes and carrots
1.5 kg tomatoes
1 kg carrots
100 g sugar
100 g garlic
1 glass vegetable oil
1 Art. l. salt
1-2 Art. l. vinegar
1 h. l. ground black pepper
Wash, dry and cut into cubes tomatoes, carrots cleaned grind in a blender or mince.
Put the carrots and tomatoes in a pan, add vegetable oil, sugar, salt and simmer the mixture for 1.5-2 hours after boiling.
Garlic is clean, pass it through the press, to add with pepper for 15 minutes before end of cooking.
Turn off the heat and add the vinegar, mix thoroughly.
Next canning is done as follows: "caviar" of tomatoes and carrots expanded in sterilized jars, lids and then rolled banks.
