"Caviar" of apples, onions and tomatoes
3 kg tomatoes
700 g carrots
700 g sweet pepper
500 g apples
400 g onions
10-12 peas black pepper
4 pcs. bay leaves
2-3 zucchini
Mince apples and all vegetables except onions, put vegetable soup with oil for 1.5 hours.
Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter for 20 minutes before the end of steamed vegetables, add the onion, allspice and bay leaf.
Then canning is done as follows: caviar from apples, onions and tomatoes expanded in jars of 1 liter, sterilize them for 5-7 minutes and roll covers.
