Salad-harvesting green tomatoes
3 kg green tomatoes
1,5 kg carrots
1,5 kg onions
1,5 kg sweet pepper
6 Laurel leaves
1,5 glass vinegar
1,5 glass sugar
1,5 glass vegetable oil
black pepper
Wash, cut into small slices tomato, cut into half rings onions and peppers, RUB on a large grater carrots.
Put the vegetables in a deep container, leave at room temperature for 10 hours.
Put the vegetables in a saucepan on a slow fire to simmer for 20 minutes, add sugar, add the vinegar, oil, spices, salt and stir, continue cooking for another 15 minutes
