2.5 kg white cabbage
2.5 kg tomatoes
1 kg leeks
1 kg tomatoes
200 g sugar
500 ml vegetable oil
500 ml water
6 Bulgarian peppers
18 tablespoons rice (washed and poured boiling water for 5 minutes)
4 tablespoons salt
Rinse, dry and finely chop the cabbage, on a coarse grater rub cleaned carrots, diced bell peppers and chopped tomatoes, rings - leeks.
Mix all chopped vegetables with rice, salted, pour vegetable oil, add sugar, add water, boil all 50 minutes on low heat.
Pour marinade dressing, then sterilized 1 liter jars 10-20 minutes at a temperature of 85 degrees.
