Soup with vegetables and rice
200 g cabbage
3 potatoes
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
1 onions
1 parsley root
100 g rice
1.5 l water
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
parsley
salt
Diced carrots, parsley and onions and fry them in butter.
Pour hot water, add potatoes, diced, cabbage, chopped checkered, bring to a boil.
Wash rice and pour in the boiling soup, add the tomatoes, diced, salt and cook until done.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped greens.
