Zaykin soup
Ingredients:
200 g cabbage
1 pcs. potato
1 pcs. carrot
1/2 onions - head
1 pcs. parsley root
4 Art. l. green peas, fresh or frozen
some peas to choose? we'll show
2 pcs. tomatoes
1 Art. l. butter
700 g meat broth or vegetable broth
salt, bay leaves - to taste
4 Art. l. sour cream
2 Art. l. chopped dill
Shred the cabbage into thin strips, diced potatoes. Scald the tomatoes and removing the peel, cut into slices.
Carrots, onions and parsley root cut into thin strips and fry in a little oil, so that it is highlighted in orange.
In the boiling broth to put the cabbage and potatoes, cook for 5 minutes. Add roasted vegetables, green peas, salt and bay leaf. For 5 minutes until cooked ing put tomatoes.
When serving sprinkle the soup with greens and sour cream.
