Salad-harvesting of cabbage
5 kg cabbage
1 kg onions
1 kg sweet pepper
1 kg grated carrots
400-500 ml vinegar 9%
500 ml vegetable oil
250 g sugar
4 tbsp. salt
Cabbage and other vegetables chop sticks, stir, add sugar, salt and all other ingredients at room temperature to leave the salad on the day
Arrange the salad preparation of cabbage sterilized banks, cork, store the salad in a cool place.
