Salad-preparation of pickles and cabbage
For 10 cans ? l:
2,5 kg cabbage
1,2 kg pickles
To prepare the cabbage, chop strips ? see
Cucumbers washed, cut into plastics ? see or RUB on a large grater, mix with cabbage.
Put the salad prepared by banks.
Pour salad boiled brine from cucumbers or fresh marinade: 1 l water 40 g sugar and salt.
