Vegetable salad with tomatoes, cabbage, carrots and onions
1 kg tomatoes
1 kg cabbage
1 kg carrots
1 kg onions
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. vinegar 9%
1/2 tbsp. black pepper
500 ml vegetable oil
Vegetables to prepare: rinse, Pat dry and finely chop, shred the cabbage strips.
Stir the prepared vegetables.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan, reheat, put the vegetables and put them on a moderate fire for 1.5 hours.
Hot to decompose vegetable salad with tomatoes, cabbage, carrots and onions on sterilized banks, then roll up.
Store the salad in a cool place.
