Vegetable salad-procurement
1 kg tomatoes
1 kg cabbage
600 g carrots
500 g cucumbers
500 g sweet pepper
500 g onions
1 glass vegetable oil
5 tbsp. vinegar 9%
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
Coarsely chop all the vegetables, add the butter, sugar and salt, the vinegar, stir in a saucepan, boil for 10 minutes, then arrange vegetable salad preparation prepared by banks to roll up.
