The potato salad with cabbage (3)
2 PCs boiled potatoes
100 g cauliflower
1 PCs carrots, boiled
100 g the cucumbers
For the sauce:
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. vinegar
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Cabbage boil in plenty of salted water, drain in a colander, then disassemble the inflorescence.
