Salad with sturgeon and vegetables
Required products:
150 g sturgeon or Beluga
100 g broccoli
1 PCs cucumber
1 PCs Apple
1 PCs pear
1/2 PCs carrots
10 g parsley root
1/2 glass the fish broth
2 tbsp. white wine dry
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1. Sturgeon lay in the skillet skin side up, pour in the broth, wine, add chopped carrots, parsley root, salt and propuskaite 20 minutes.2. The fish, remove, drain and cut into cubes.
3. Broccoli disassemble into florets, boil in salted water for 5-10 minutes, drain in a colander.
4. Cucumber and Apple slice. Pear, removing the peel and core, cut into slices.
5. Prepared ingredients will combine, season with butter, salt and mix well.
