Salad with fresh vegetables
1 kg:
cucumbers
sweet pepper
onions
carrots
tomatoes
cabbage
20 g peppercorn
300 g vegetable oil
80 g salt
80 g sugar
3 tsp. vinegar 9%
Chop the cabbage, peppers and carrots thin strips, fresh tomatoes circles, onion - rings.
Add the vegetable oil, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar, and mix gently. Expanded into sterilized jars, cover the lid, pasteurized 30 min liter and 20 min half-liter cans. Uncork and cool.
