2.5 kg Eggplant

1 kg sweet red pepper

500 g onion

2 heads of garlic

2 hot pepper pod

2 bunch of dill

? l vegetable oil

2.5 Art. l. salt

2 Art. l. 70% vinegar

1.5 Art. l. sugar

Cut the eggplant into 4 parts (along), then 2 cm slices, chop the onion half rings, garlic and hot peppers finely chopped dill - chop, sweet pepper cut into strips.

Put chopped vegetables in enameled bowl, add salt, add the vinegar, oil, sugar and mix.

Place the vegetable mixture into sterilized jars (liter, 5 pcs.), Sterilized for 45 minutes, then roll salad "Mushrooms" and wrap it until it is completely cool.
