Harvesting vegetable salad with honey
1.5 kg ripe tomatoes
1.5 kg sweet peppers
100 g honey
100 g fruit vinegar
15 g salt
10 peas black pepper
Wash the vegetables, cut them, join, add the vinegar and honey, salt, stir and leave until they stand out the juice, then boil for 10 minutes.
