Ukrainian salad harvesting
For 10 cans for? l:
1.5 kg sweet pepper
750 g tomatoes
650 g carrots
650 g white roots (parsley, celery, parsnip)
400 g onions
150 g 6% vinegar
50 g sugar
25 g salt
30 peppercorns

Prepare the vegetables, cut into pieces of 2 cm wide.
In each jar pour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil - brought to a boil and cooled.
Put the vegetables, then add 3 peas black and bitter pepper to taste, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar? tsp salt.
Vegetables compacted cans cover lids, sterilized 60 minutes in boiling water.
