Salad harvesting of pepper
5 kg red and green bell pepper
1 glass sugar
1 glass vegetable oil
1 glass 9% vinegar
1 glass water
1 Art. l. salt
All except pepper, combine in a large saucepan, stir and bring to a boil.
Prepare peppers, washed, cut into rings, put in a pot, cook for 30 minutes while stirring.
Sterilized jars and lids.
Quickly expanded salad preform pepper to banks and cork lids.
