Salad "Red Proletarian" with cabbage
3 kg white cabbage
200 g beet
200 g carrots
200 ml vinegar
170 g sugar
100 ml vegetable oil
2 head garlic
2 tsp salt
Arbitrarily cut cabbage, rub grated carrots, beets peeled, cut into cubes, garlic clean, each clove cut in half, all combine and mix.
For the marinade mix the vinegar, sugar and salt, add the vegetable oil, pour a liter of boiling water, stir, pour marinade over salad, cover it with a plate, put the load (bank 3L of water) and leave for 3-4 days at room temperature.
Next salad "Red Proletarian" cabbage expanded in banks and put them in the fridge.
