Quick pickled cabbage in Russian
1 a head of cabbage
1 beets
1 carrots
Marinade:
? glass vegetable oil
1 l water
1 glass Apple cider vinegar
5-8 garlic cloves
1 glass sugar
2 tbsp. salt
Cut the cabbage into 8 parts, by removing the stump.
Beets and carrots to grate.
In 1 l of water to add ? Cup vegetable oil, 1 Cup of Apple cider vinegar, 1 Cup sugar, 5-8 cloves of garlic and 2 tbsp. of salt, bring all to a boil.
Combine the cabbage with beets and carrots, put in a clean container, pour the marinade so that it completely covers the vegetables.
