Cabbage "goreski"
1 kg cabbage
3-4 garlic cloves
1 carrots
1 beets
1 tbsp. salt
? tbsp. vinegar 9%
? tbsp. sugar
? tbsp. vegetable oil
red pepper
allspice pepper
Cut the cabbage medium sized pieces.
Beets cut into strips or thinly carrot sticks.
Combine chopped vegetables, add the vegetable oil, salt and pepper, stir.
Combine sugar and salt, add vinegar, dilute 0.5 liters of hot water, bring to boil, then pour water over vegetable mixture.
Remove cabbage "goreski in the refrigerator for a day or three.
