Pickled in vodka cabbage
1 cabbage
100 g vodka
100 g salt
2 tbsp. sugar
carrots
cumin
Shred cabbage, add salt and combine with a small amount of grated on a coarse grater carrots, add the cumin.
Put the cabbage with carrots in a jar 3 l, no stamping, but tightly.
In hot water to heat the 2 plastic covers (with double and single edge), cover with a single edge bend in half, place in a jar and spread on the cabbage so that it tightly.
