10 kg cucumbers
2 kg sweet pepper
1 kg Luke
500 g dill
400 g on the green garlic, celery, parsley, horseradish root
For the marinade:
10 l water
5 l vinegar
800 g sugar
800 g salt
40 g black pepper
Wash cucumbers, cut into circles 0.5 see
Chop the onion rings 2-3 mm thick.
Pepper cut into strips 3-4 mm thick.
Cucumbers tightly put into the banks, put the seasoning and onions.
Next canning is done as follows: cucumbers poured boiling marinade, banks sterilized in boiling water for 20 minutes
