Stuffed with ham and peas apples

150 g ham

3 red Apple

2 eggs

? cans canned green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show

? lemon (juice)

green onions

mayonnaise

salt

Rinse, Pat dry and cut the apples in half, remove the seed boxes and most of the flesh - you should get a Cup, which avoid darkening need to sprinkle with lemon juice.

Finely chop remote pulp of apples.

Eggs and ham cut into small cubes, combine with green peas and chopped Apple pulp, add mayonnaise, salt and stir.

Finely chop green onions.
