Friedge with squid
300 g squid
100 g sorrel
a small bunch of green onions
3 eggs
2 small cucumber
1/3 glass sour cream
salt to taste
chopped parsley
1 l water or broth
1. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cooled, remove the shell and cut into quarters.
2. Sorrel and green onions rinse and chop. Put in a pan, pour a glass of boiling water. Add salt, allow to cool and pour a liter of boiling water or broth.
3. Fresh cucumbers, wash, cut into small cubes and place in a saucepan with sorrel and onions.
4. Squid boil in salted water for 3 minutes, then remove, clean and rinse. Chilled calamari cut into strips and put in the soup.
Pour friedge on plates, each put slices of boiled eggs, add sour cream and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
