Friedge to Minsk
1.5 l water
200 g sorrel
300 g beet
2 fresh cucumber
1 egg
100 g green onions
2 glass yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
dill
salt
Bust, washed and chopped sorrel is boiled in salted water, cool. Separately boil the beets (entirely) with vinegar.
In the cooled broth with sorrel lay crushed and mashed with salt and egg yolk green onions, shredded cucumbers, beets, egg white, sugar, whipped yogurt.
Ready friedge with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped dill.
