Salmon on Sakhalin in batter
1 kg pink
300 ml milk

100 g wheat flour
100 g onions
100 g tomato sauce
50 ml vinegar 3%
10 ml vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 lemon

Clean the fish from the skin, remove the seeds, wash them, cut the fillets into pieces.
Prepare the marinade: mix the lemon juice with vinegar, chopped parsley and dill, white and black pepper.
Drizzle the fish with the prepared marinade for 15-20 min to leave.
Prepare the dough for the dough: milk cooling, add salt, add the vegetable oil and egg yolks, then pour the sifted flour and knead thin dough.
Egg whites whipped into a rich foam, gently add them to the batter and mix.
Dip the slices of salmon in the batter, put on the grill (pan) and grill over coals (on the stove) until Browning.
