Salad with salmon and pineapple sauce
Required Products:
300 g salmon fillets
2 pcs. cucumbers
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 glass rice boiled
1 pcs. pineapple
1 pcs. sweet pepper
1 pcs. chili pepper
1 onions - head
1 juice - lemon
For the marinade:
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. honey
1 juice - lemon
1 minced garlic - clove
2 Art. l. soy sauce
4 Art. l. chopped cilantro
salt, ground black pepper - to taste
For the marinade combine the ingredients listed, add half the rate of the green, then pour the salmon and soak at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
For the sauce, peeled pineapple, peppers, onions and hot peppers cut into small cubes, connect, add lemon juice, herbs and leave the rest for 1 hour.
Marinated fillet lay on a greased baking sheet, pour the marinade and bake in the oven until cooked. Cool and cut into cubes.
Connect salmon, rice, cucumbers, diced, sauce, pour 1 tbsp. spoon vegetable oil, stir and place in a salad bowl. Arrange cape gooseberry.
