Salmon "in Chinese"
800 g salmon fillets
1 glass pineapple juice
3 Art. l. dry white wine
2 Art. l. soy sauce
2 Art. l. sugar
garlic pepper
Connect juice and soy sauce, add sugar and wine, boil down the mixture to reduce the volume by half, to give the sauce to cool.
Cut the fish fillet strips, pepper and pour part of the sauce left in the marinade for half an hour in a cool place, then put on a baking sheet, greased, bake until done.
Put salmon on a dish before serving, pour the remaining sauce, garnish with herbs.
This dish can be submitted to the New Year's table as the first one.
