Snack-blank in Greek
2.5 kg tomatoes
1 kg carrots
1 kg beans
500 g onions
250 ml vegetable oil
2 pod hot pepper
1 bundle parsley
1 head garlic
3 tablespoons salt
Boil the beans until soft.
Onions clean, wash, chop, slice thin polukolechkami peppers, peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Butter bring to a boil, put all the vegetables, except beans and tomatoes until half extinguished.

Peel the garlic, chop with parsley, add boiling vegetable mass, boil for 5 minutes.
