Filling-blank for soup from carrots, peppers and tomatoes

carrots
bell pepper
tomatoes
1 kg salt
300 g greenery
All vegetables wash, dry, cut off all unnecessary clean.
Cut the tomatoes into slices of medium-sized, straw - bell pepper, rub on a coarse grater carrots, finely chopped greens, mix all chopped vegetables with a kilogram of salt.
Put vegetable mixture into clean jars, roll up.
Kept filling the blank-soup of carrots, peppers and tomatoes in the refrigerator or other cool place.
