Soup with nettle
Preparation:
- in 3 liters of broth or water
- young nettles - 1 bunch.
- potatoes - 4-5 pieces
- bell pepper - 1 piece
- carrot - 1 piece
- tomatoes - 1 piece
- onion - 1 piece
- dill
- parsley
- ground black pepper
- salt
- sour cream
Preparation:
Potatoes cut into cubes or strips, place in a saucepan, fill with water and put Vratsa.
Nettles then wash in cold water, put in an iron container, fill with boiling water and leave on for 2-3 minutes Now lose the nettles in a colander, let drain, and cut.
Onion peel and finely slices.
Carrots will wash, clean, and we shall RUB on a coarse grater, bell pepper slices into strips or cubes. Tomato blanchere and cut into cubes. The greens will wash, and chop.
On the hot vegetable oil and fry onions, then add the carrots and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
