Soup from nettles
700 g 600 - young nettle
200 g sorrel
1 a tablespoon of flour

1 onion
3 4 medium potatoes
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter or ghee
1/2 glass sour cream
2 3 Bay leaves
5 6 black peppercorns
salt
2 l broth or water
Young nettle (shoots better) well washed in cold water. Immerse it for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, throw in a sieve, pour cold water and when the water will flow down, passed through a meat grinder. Prepared nettle stew with butter for 10-15 minutes. Onions carrots chopped and fried in butter.
In the boiling broth put the nettles, browned onions and carrots, potatoes, cook for 20-25 mins, and 10 minutes before end of cooking add passerovannuyu flour, diluted broth, chopped leaves of fresh spinach, spices, salt.
For a taste in the soup, you can add lemon juice. When you serve the soup from nettles put slices of boiled eggs and sour cream.
