Salad blank "Beet"
1.5 kg beet
500 g carrots
500 g onions
500 g apples
500 g sweet green pepper
500 g tomatoes
Filling:
1 glass vegetable oil
12 Art. l. sugar
3 Art. l. salt
1 Art. l. 70% vinegar
Clear, then rub on a coarse grater carrots, apples and beets.
Finely chop the onion and tomatoes, peppers cut into cubes.
Combine and mix the oil with the vinegar, sugar and salt.
Put the vegetables in a pan, add the filling, bring to a boil, boil on low heat for 25 minutes.
Next salad blank "Beet" is decomposed into sterilized jars and lids corked.
