Bean salad "Greek"
500 g red or white beans
500 g carrots
500 g onions
500 g tomato
500 g sweet pepper
2 garlic cloves
1-2 tbsp. vinegar
1 a bunch of parsley
Beans boiled until cooked, carrots and peppers, chop, chop the onion, thin half-rings, tomatoes, mince the garlic and finely chop the herbs.
All the vegetables and fry separately, then join, add 1-2 tbsp of water, simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes, at the end of the cooking bean salad "Greek" add the garlic and herbs, mix gently.
