Bean salad in the winter
2 kg onion
2 kg tomato
1.5 kg beans
1 kg bell pepper
0.5 l vegetable oil
7 Art. l. vinegar
14 h. l. sugar
10 h. l. salt
Scroll all the vegetables in a meat grinder or chop finely, combine, mix and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Boil the beans until tender and add to the vegetables, salt, add sugar, cook for another 30 minutes salad.
Then do canning: at the end of cooking add vinegar, decompose bean salad in the winter on the sterilized jars and roll.
