Snack of beans for the winter
3 kg tomatoes
1 kg beans
500 g onions
500 g carrots
1 glass vegetable oil
2 a small pod of bitter pepper
1 clove garlic
salt
Boil the beans until tender.
Finely chop tomatoes, peppers and carrots, connect, put in oil, then add the beans, chopped garlic and onions, salt, cook a snack for another 20 minutes
Then it is canning the usual way: a snack of beans for the winter unfolds sterilized by banks, banks roll covers.
