Salad "Gifts of Autumn" with beans
4 kg tomatoes
1 kg onions
1 kg carrots
1 kg sweet pepper
500 g beans
500 g vegetable oil
bay leaves
black pepper
spices (to taste)
Boil fresh beans without salt, chopped tomatoes circles, onions and peppers - rings, carrots grate, combine beans and prepared vegetables, salt and put into the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Drain the separated juice, add the peppercorns, bay leaf and oil, spices, put salad "Gifts of Autumn" for 30-40 minutes, then make canning: expanded salad sterilized jars, roll up.
