Soak the beans in water overnight, drain the water in the morning, pour the beans with fresh water, put on a heated plate, add salt at the end of cooking (this is very important, it is at the end), drain the water.
Skip beans with all the ingredients through a meat grinder 2 times, add the bean broth as needed.
Armenian bean paste should get mushy consistency.
