Lenten rice-bean meatballs in sauce
3 potatoes
3 tomato
1 onions
1 Bay leaf
1 garlic clove

1-2 tbsp. flour

Beans should be soaked overnight, then in the morning in a large amount of water to boil for 30-40 minutes, drain the water.
Peel and slice the onions, together with beans to grind in a blender, if the mass is too thick, add 1-2 tbsp of water.
To soft boil the rice, drain the water, stir the rice with a bean and onion mass, spices and salt.
Pour in the flour and dazzle the balls a bit more of a walnut in size.
For the sauce, peel the tomatoes through a sieve, add missing through the press garlic, spices, herbs, Bay leaf, salt and stir.
Put the cutlets in the pan, pour the prepared sauce (it should cover the patties at least half), on moderate heat cook 20 minutes, turning 1 time to burgers soaked.
Potato pure.
Serve vegetable rice-bean patties in the sauce, put it on puree and watering tomato sauce.
