Bean pate home with tomatoes and herbs
500 g white beans
60 ml olive oil
8 dried tomatoes in olive oil
2 onions
1 beam of different greens
1 clove of garlic
? lemon
2 Art. l. Caper
? h. l. paprika
Beans need to take canned without additives or boiled.
Clear, finely chop the onion, garlic and flatten with a knife, 1 tbsp all oil fry until golden hue.
Together with roasted garlic beans (if canned - liquid drain), lemon juice and remaining oil to grind into a puree using a mixer or blender.
Knife chop the capers and sun-dried tomatoes, then also grind in a blender.
Grass - you can take lovage, sage, parsley - chop.
Combine onion, tomatoes, capers, peppers, herbs and bean puree, mix, pepper and salt to taste.
Bean pate served with homemade tomato and herb bread.
