Bean salad with orange sauce

4-5 feathers green onions

1 Bank of canned white beans

1 Bank of canned red beans

1 clove of garlic

1 orange (zest and juice)

1 basil / cilantro / parsley

4 Art. l. olive oil

1 a pinch of dried oregano

ground black pepper

Wash with white beans, put in a bowl, then do the same with the red.

Rinse, dry cilantro and green onions, chopped, put a bean.

Pour boiling water orange, wipe dry, float delete zest, juice squeeze there, add the garlic, passed through the press, pepper and salt, add olive oil and oregano, beat until smooth.

Drizzle salad orange dressing before serving remove the bean salad with orange sauce for half an hour in the cold for impregnation.
